According to the Joy Rewards program policy, all discount coupons and product redemption vouchers generated with points are for single use only. Only one coupon can be applied per order, and they cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount codes or promotional offers on the site.

In the event of an order cancellation or refund, any points earned from that specific transaction will be automatically voided and deducted by the Joy Rewards system.
