How are winners selected?
Winners are selected through a mission-weighted lottery, not first come, first served. Entering gives you a base entry, and completed missions are used by the server to improve your chance in the draw.
How do I raise my chance?
Enter first, then complete the available missions. Mission links are saved when you tap them, while Klairs may separately review qualifying photo or video reviews for extra gift eligibility.
How does the review bonus work?
Winners who submit a thoughtful product review with a photo or video and roughly 500 characters may be shortlisted for an additional Blue Cream or Blue Drop gift. Short or media-free reviews do not qualify, and shortlist selection does not guarantee an additional gift.
Is purchase required? Is this U.S. only?
No purchase is necessary to enter. The current product gifting program ships to U.S. addresses only, so participants need a valid U.S. shipping address if selected.
When will prizes ship?
After the event closes and winners are confirmed, eligible prizes are prepared for shipment within 3 days. Delivery timing may vary by carrier and destination.
