In the event of an order cancellation or refund, any points earned from that specific transaction will be automatically voided and deducted by the Joy Rewards system. Similarly, if a referred friend cancels or refunds their order—thereby failing to meet the referral criteria (a purchase over $25)—the 500 referral reward points credited to your account will also be automatically voided.
