Who pays duties and import taxes?
We do. If your carrier collects duties at delivery, send the receipt within 30 days and we reimburse by PayPal. Duties and import tax only.
Do I need to have bought something?
No. This round is creators only — no purchase history is checked. What we look at is what you create.
What does the outside-the-U.S. circle need?
