Beyond moisture — a daily lip balm that cares for a compromised lip barrier. Lips have a thinner outer layer than facial skin and no oil glands of their own, so moisture leaves them quickly. This balm is built in three steps: seal in moisture, reinforce lipids, then care for the look of damage.
Shea Butter 10% in a water-gel melting texture
A blue water-gel that melts onto lips without stickiness. Shea butter 10% and squalane help seal moisture in, while Ceramide NP supports the lipid layer.
EGF + Guaiazulene, from the Blue Line
The same Blue Line signature pairing — EGF and Sodium Guaiazulene Sulfonate — brought to lip care, with Panthenol and Urea for supporting comfort and texture.
Menthol-free
No menthol, so it stays comfortable on dry, chapped lips. It contains chamomile flower oil, so patch test first if essential oils bother your skin. Primary irritation and sensitive-skin irritation testing completed.

I loved this lip balm! It has zero smell applies so smoothly and gives life back to my lips! Adds a nice shine and layers well with other products. I can really feel the 10% shea butter in here. Its in nice packing with well made tip making it easy to use. It adds an nice sheen and blurs my lips in a way. Overall i recommend it very much!

EGF has been a miracle ingredient in fading acne scars for my skin for the past 10 years! I'm super intrigued on how klairs incorporated it into lipcare as lips tend to be the first to show signs of aging and I've only seen products on keeping them hydrated. I've only used it for about a week and a half, so I don't think I can quite tell the difference. It's on the thicker side, unscented and non-sticky which I love! I do wish it felt a bit more nourishing and a bit more hydrating, but other than that I love that there's a proper anti-aging ingredient in this balm which I haven't seen in other lipcare products! This is definitely a product to be using long-term to see the effects.
It is more like a lip treatment to me. Not just an ordinary lip balm, but it is the perfect lip mask for PM routine. The shape of the applicator is perfect for applying it smoothly. My lips instantly feels moisturised and nourished. My most favorite part is it's non sticky and fragrance free. It stays like a thin glossy layer on lips and it is effective to keep my lips smooth and hydrated. I wish it is more in quantity. 💙

This is one of my favourites lip care. I have tried so many lip balm and rarely that I found the one that is suitable for me. I like lip balm that is hydrating but not over oily which is so rare but this one does give me that feeling. I have tried it for 2 weeks every night and i found that my lips are hydrated in the morning, less dry and so soft. I love it!!!
First of all, I like the shape of the applicator. Glides smoothly on my often dry lips without leaving a mess. The balm feels moisturizing and not sticky or greasy. Fragrance-free. While some of it gets absorbed, the rest seems to stay on as a thin layer. I was shocked that it remained even after eating. Unlike other lips balms, I didn't have to reapply as often. It's effective and keeps my lips soft, smooth and glossy. Only downside is the amount. For the price, I wish this could last me for at least a month.

I wear a cpap at night so no more mouth breathing, but my lips still dry out over night (life in the desert climate). I got this lip balm as a "freebie" and WOW, it keeps my lips moist all night! I will definitely keep using this but honestly, I hope I can keep getting it a "freebie" or in a bundle b/c it's a little pricey. I also hope Dear Klairs will come up with a daytime lip balm that has SPF bc the one I'm using now is meh. This one feels like pampering, gotta love that!
Such a lovely lip balm! It feels rich & nourishing without being overly heavy or sticky. It instantly makes my lips feel softer, smoother & more comfortable, especially when they’re feeling dry. I also love the subtle glossy finish it leaves behind. Definitely a new staple for keeping my lips moisturized & protected throughout the day!

The texture is thick at first but melts beautifully onto the lips and leaves them feeling soft, smooth and nourished without being overly sticky. I love using a generous layer at night, and it’s also great when my lips feel dry during the day. The fact that it’s fragrance-free and menthol-free is a big plus for me. 💙
The lip balm was not my favorite product. I have really sensitive lips so it might just be me. With one application, my lips felt a bit itchy. The next morning, my lips appeared more red and slightly swollen than usual. I had to go back to applying Vaseline cause my lips couldn’t tolerate it.
I’ve been loving this Dear, Klairs Blue EGF Barrier Lip Balm! 💙 It feels much more like a lip treatment than a basic lip balm. The texture is rich but melts beautifully onto the lips, leaving them soft, smooth, and comfortable without feeling overly sticky. I especially love that it contains EGF, ceramide, squalane, panthenol, urea, and shea butter—such a nice combination for dry lips and supporting the lip barrier. After using it consistently, my lips feel more hydrated, smoother, and less dry, and it works beautifully as an overnight treatment too.
This balm has a very thick consistency but melts very well into my lips. Nice applicator and no scent at all as promised! Leaving your lips soft with the added shea butter! Looking forward to more new launches :)
