How are winners selected?

Three winners are selected each day through a mission-weighted draw. It is not first come, first served, and completing missions increases draw weight without guaranteeing selection.

How can I improve my daily chance?

Enter once, then complete any of the six missions. Your completed missions remain attached to your event entry for future daily draws.

What will selected reviewers receive?

Each selected reviewer receives one full-size EGF Blue Calming Toner Pad, 60 pads / 150 mL, subject to event eligibility and shipping confirmation.

Is a purchase required?

No purchase is necessary. This event is currently available to participants with a valid U.S. shipping address.

When are winners announced?

Three winners are drawn every morning at 9:00 AM PT and posted on the Winners Board at the top of this page right after, by 9:15 AM PT. Names are masked for privacy (for example, j***e).

How will I know if I won?

We email you the same day. The email contains two codes — one that makes the pad free and one that makes shipping free — and you apply both at checkout. Winners are also visible on the Winners Board, so check there if the email has not arrived.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Winning covers the full-size pad and the shipping cost. There is nothing to pay.

Do I have to enter again every day?

No. Enter once and you are in every draw through the final one. You can raise your odds by checking in once a day on this page — each check-in adds weight to that day’s draw, and consecutive days add a little more.

Can I win more than once?

No. Once you win, you are removed from future draws so the pad reaches as many people as possible.

Do I need to buy anything?

No purchase necessary. You need a free klairs.com account so we can reach you if you win.

Where do you ship?

United States shipping addresses only. If your account address is outside the U.S. we cannot ship the prize.

How long is my winning code valid?

7 days from the day it is issued. Each code works once and only on your order — please do not share it.
