Can I skip, change or cancel?
Yes. Log in and open Manage Subscription in your account to skip a delivery, change the date or products, or cancel.
How does the discount work with sales?
Your subscription discount is applied to the product’s current price at each delivery, so when a product is on sale, you save on top of the sale price.
Is shipping really free?
Subscription orders of $10 or more ship free within the United States. We currently ship subscriptions to U.S. addresses only.
When am I charged?
Each delivery is charged on its scheduled order date. You can see and change the next date anytime in Manage Subscription.
