When you utilize the Dear, Klairs AI Skin Analysis tool, we process images captured by your device’s camera. Please read the following regarding your privacy:

• No Retention of Biometric Data: We do NOT store, save, or collect your photos or any biometric identifiers derived from them. The analysis is performed in real-time within your browser's volatile memory.
• Immediate Deletion: Once the analysis is completed and the results are displayed, the image and all associated temporary data are immediately and permanently deleted from our processing stream.
• Non-Identification Policy: The data processed is used strictly for cosmetic analysis (e.g., moisture, wrinkles, pores) and is never used to identify a specific individual or for surveillance purposes.
• User Consent: By enabling camera access and clicking "Start Analysis," you provide explicit, informed consent for this temporary processing. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing the analysis window.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To process and deliver your orders and manage payments.
• To provide personalized skincare recommendations based on your AI analysis results.
• To improve our website functionality and customer service experience.
• To send promotional communications (only with explicit opt-in consent).
